Problem:

A user logs in to SmartCloud Engage and notices that when he goes to Files all he sees is a folder of files.  He clicks on Files and is taken back to the same folder.  He tries My Dashboard and then clicks on Files and again arrives only to his folder and nothing else.  There seems to be no way to look at files

Solution:

User had bookmarked this particular folder.  So when they first sign back in via a Bookmark, the user was going directly to this folder as opposed to My Dashboard.  In order to solve this we deleted the bookmark and had him go thru the main site: www.lotuslive.com in order to resolve the issue.  After that, clicking on Files allows the user to see all their files
