To complete the set up process for SmartCloud iNotes, complete the following steps:
1. Set up a DNS entry.
2. After the DNS entry validation process is complete, the LotusLive team generates the MX entry that needs to be set.

The DNS entry is used by the SmartCloud team to validate that the customer owns the domain. The details for this DNS entry are provided by the SmartCloud team during the subscription process.
Additional information for step 2:
The following example gives you an idea of the type of MX entry that the SmartCloud team generates: [client-com]-mx.mail.lotuslive.com
The customer's domain is in the Web address.
