Assistance for locating a lost or deleted community

If you notice that you community that you created is not visible then you will need to:

1. Wait at least 15 minutes for the new community to be available in the search index. Additionally it will take about 5 minutes for newly created community to display in the type ahead function. Tags of new community content can take up to 20 minutes to display.

2. If the community is not visible under your communities then you will need to find the email notification that was sent out when the community was created. The notification email was sent to anyone who is a member of that community. Click on the link to see if it will lead you to the community.

3. Find any links or tags to the community. If it leads you to nowhere, you will then need to collect the URL and send it to support. The URL will have the community Uuid number and support will be able to locate it.
