Problem: After you go to a community in SmartCloud Connections, you cannot see any of the widgets in the overview. The community description page is blank, and you might notice an error "Unable to display widget data" in the navigator pane. You are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 10 as your web browser; other browser types do show the widgets.
Internet Explorer 10 is not a supported browser for use with IBM SmartCloud for Social Business. Refer to the system requirements for a list of supported web browsers.
To work around the problem, you can enable Internet Explorer compatibility view mode. To do so, click the Compatibility View button in the address bar. The button changes from gray to blue to indicate compatibility is on. You can also select Tools > Compatibility View from the menu.
Support for Internet Explorer 10 is planned for a future update to the service. This specific problem with viewing widgets in the community overview has been recorded as known issue 113600.
