SmartCloud Notes Administrators: IBM mail supports new versions of Microsoft Outlook
IBM mail support for Microsoft Outlook now includes support for Microsoft Outlook 2010 and 2016, in addition to support for Outlook 2013.

SmartCloud Notes Administrators: Service-only organizations can migrate Notes and Exchange mail to the cloud
The Mail Onboarding Manager tool transfers Notes mail (.nsf) files or Microsoft Exchange 2010 and 2013 mail data to the cloud. Using this tool, you can onboard users and provision them with SmartCloud Notes® mail that is populated with their historical mail data.
SmartCloud Notes: Use Microsoft Outlook
The new MS Outlook Access subscription lets you access your SmartCloud Notes mail with Microsoft™ Outlook.

Tips for preparing an install kit so that users may install the Notes® client to their workstations
A company administrator should make the
install kit available to users and provide instructions about how to copy it to their computers. See
Downloading Notes client software and other entitled software
IBM SmartCloud Notes client requirements
for the most up-to-date information about supported versions of the Notes client.
Users with the
Entry subscription may connect to the
service using only SmartCloud
In this exercise, you will:
Prepare the install kit so that users may install the
client to their workstations
