In this exercise you will create an organization page.
™ Engage and IBM SmartCloud
Connections subscribers have the option of creating a public page to represent your organization to other SmartCloud for Social Business users. This page is referred to as your organization page. On this page, you can include a headline or slogan, contact information, a short description about your organization, and a link to your organization's web site. You must be logged in with an administrator account to make these changes.

- Edit your organization's SmartCloud for Social Business page.
- Log in to SmartCloud for Social Business.
- Click on your organization's name, either in the black banner at the top of the page, or from your Dashboard.
Your organization's page will open. Click Edit Information to put the page into edit mode.

Add or modify general information about your organization as desired in the Headline, About Us, Address, Telephone, E-mail, and Web Site fields.
To change the default organization graphic with your organization's customized graphic, click the Change link below the default graphic.
Fields that are left blank will not be displayed on your organization page.
Click the Tips for uploading a photo link and review the supported file types, file size guidelines, and image dimensions for uploaded images.
Click the Browse button and navigate to an image file for your organization that meets the guidelines.
Select the desired file, and click Open.
Click the Preview Image button for a preview of the image before it is uploaded.
If you are satisfied with the image, click Upload.
It may take a moment for the preview to display.
Review the changes, and then click Save Changes. Your changes will be saved to the organization page, which displays for all SmartCloud for Social Business users.
Your new image will be displayed on the Organization Page.
|Who can see your organization directory?||Only users within your SmartCloud for Social Business organization can see your organization directory, unless you have configured the organization directory, or a subset of users in it, to be displayed publicly.|
Refer to Exercise 2.6: Allowing users to be listed in the SmartCloud for Social Business Directory for more information on configuring your directory, or a subset of users, to be listed publicly in the SmartCloud for Social Business directory.
|Who can see your organization page?||All SmartCloud for Social Business users, even those in other SmartCloud for Social Business organizations, can see your Organization Page.|
