In this exercise you will learn how to empty the trash for a SmartCloud
When users delete SmartCloud
mail, it is moved to a trash folder and can still be recovered.
Administrators can permanently remove these messages and recover disk quota space for users.
In this exercise, you will:
Permanently remove messages from a user's trash.

Log in and navigate to the Administration panel. For detailed steps, see the procedure document:
