What subscriptions are included in the SmartCloud Notes trial?
The trial includes temporary subscriptions to both SmartCloud Engage, SmartCloud Notes web, and the full set of integrated applications.
SmartCloud Engage is an integrated suite of collaboration tools that combine your social network with Web conferencing and collaboration capabilities, like file storing and sharing, instant messaging, Web meetings, communities, and activity management.
SmartCloud Notes is a security-rich, full-featured mail service that includes calendaring, contacts, and instant messaging. SmartCloud Notes also features web-based collaboration services combined with social networking.
Integrated applications are IBM business partner applications that extend the SmartCloud Engage capabilities. These applications are available from the cloud, so there is no software to install. Note: At this time Integrated Applications are not available if the primary location for your organization is Japan.
How do I sign up for the trial?
This is a self-service trial -- no support is provided. You can sign up using these simple steps:

2. Select your country or geographic region, and click Continue.
3. Complete the information on the form, and then click Submit.
How long is the trial period?
The trial is active for 60 days.

No-cost, unlimited Web meetings for as many as 199 participants, plus Event Management
25 collaboration user accounts with 1.0 GB of storage for each account
25 mailboxes with 1.0 GB of storage including SmartCloud Notes Web Mail, Calendar, and Contacts
Integrated Partner applications enabled for the duration of the trial
How do multiple users at a company work together using their trial subscriptions?
The Welcome email in your SmartCloud Notes Inbox provides you with instructions for managing your company settings and creating additional administrator or user accounts. After you have created these accounts, your trial users can communicate with each other.
