Is it possible to chat / Instant Message with SmartCloud Engage members that are not in my organization?
Answer:
Yes, when using the Sametime IM client with SmartCloud Engage you are able to find and chat with members within your organization, however to locate and chat with members outside your organization you must first Connect with them from the Contact service. Once you are connected you can then discover and chat with them via the IM client.
Please Note: Guest accounts do not have access to the chat /IM features.
