Smartcloud users sometimes have outstanding invites to connect on Connections Cloud or unable to accept the invites sent by others. When clicked on " Accept " , User gets the message that the acceptance is processed. Howwever the message continue being displayed under notifications. the issue still shows up with the network contact waiting to be accepted.
status update are static. Once generated, it stays (in original form) until it is pushed out of the queue.
- Add the person who invited you to your contact list on Smartcloud.
- Ignore the current invitation.
- Request the inviter to send the invitation once again.
- In the meantime, clear your browser cache and cookies.
- Login to Smartcloud and Accept the invitation.
