Meeting: creating todo for community activity returns error as "Unable to create to do item"

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a community activity
2. Start a meeting
3. Expand [To Do Items] on the left side of Meeting.
4. Create a todo, give it a title, assign to someone and select the community activity
5. Click [Create To Do] returns the error as "Unable to create a to do item".

When user select regular activities not community activity works fine. The fix is planing in the future release.
