Answer:
When using Microsoft Windows, the following keyboard shortcuts can be utilized to increase (+) or decrease (-) the size of the fonts in a published file or during application sharing of the meeting.
1. Hold down CTRL and scroll the mouse wheel up or down
OR
2. Hold down CTRL and use the "+" and "-" keys
