The SmartCloud Meetings service does not support the Internet Explorer 64bit browser. When using this browser, you will not be able to install or run the SmartCloud Meetings Conferencing Plugin.
There are two ways you can check to see whether or not you are running a 64bit version of the Internet Explorer browser.
1. From the Windows All Programs Menu, the 64bit Internet Explorer browser shows up as "Internet Explorer (64-bit). Do not launch this browser. Be sure to launch the version that says "Internet Explorer" only, as this is the 32bit version of the browser you should be using.
2. If the Internet Explorer browser is already opened, you can check for the browser version by going to the "Help" menu and select "About Internet Explorer". From the About Internet Explorer window, the first line of information lists the version of the browser you're running. For example: "Version: 9.0.8112.16421". If you see any references to "64-bit" in the version description (for example: "Version: 9.0.8112.16421 64-bit Edition"), then you are using the 64bit version of the Internet Explorer browser. Close this browser and open the 32bit version of the browser. See instruction in step 1 above.
