Some recipients of emails from a SmartCloud event might find that the body of the message is blank.
SmartCloud event invitations include an iCal attachment that allows the event to be automatically added to the calendar of the recipient. If the recipient's email system does not properly handle iCal attachments, then this can affect the mail system's display of the email's contents. In some mail systems, the body of a message with an iCal attachment will appear blank.
As a workaround, the email should be forwarded to a mail system that is able to correctly handle iCal attachments. A permanent resolution requires correcting the issue in the given mail system that results in it not properly handling messages with iCal attachments.
