Tungle.me makes scheduling meetings easy--across organizations, calendar systems, and time zones. Tungle eliminates costly double bookings, frustrating time zone mishaps, and the endless back and forth emails and phone calls of finding a time to meet. Tungle.me is a free personal scheduling application that syncs with Outlook (with or without Exchange), Google Calendar, Apple iCal, Entourage for Mac, Lotus Notes and SmartCloud Engage (contacts only). Tungle.me does not require meeting invitees or visitors to a user’s Tungle.me page to sign in or register to schedule meetings. Tungle.me works with SmartCloud Engage or SmartCloud Connections.
Tungle.me also supports scheduling meetings on-the-go with Tungle.me for iPhone and BlackBerry.

How To
The Tungle.me integration allows you to access your Tungle.me account in one click from within your SmartCloud Engage account. You can also import your contacts into Tungle.me, and easily view schedules of your contacts on Tungle.me.
Here’s how it works:
1. To access your Tungle.me account, select ‘Tungle.me’ from your Apps menu. If you don’t already have a Tungle.me account, you’ll be asked to create one. It’s free and only takes a moment to set up.
2. To import contacts, access your Tungle.me account and click ‘Calendars & Contacts’. Click ‘Add new Calendars & Contacts sync source’ and select ‘SmartCloud’.
3. To view schedules of contacts on Tungle.me, go to your contacts list, select a contact, then click ‘Schedule a meeting’. If your contact has a Tungle.me account, you’ll be able to see their schedule overlaid on yours. If they don’t have an account, you won’t be able to see their schedule, but will be able to send a meeting request proposing multiple times to ensure the meeting gets booked.
