You log into SmartCloud Instant Messaging from a Sametime client or Sametime embedded in Notes client, and the following error occurs:
"Unable to access Sametime due to incorrect log on, contact your system administrator."
In most cases, the error occurs because your password has expired. Use the steps below to reset your password. Then use the new password to log into Sametime.
Reset password steps:
1. Go to the Reset Your Password page by entering the following address in your web browser:
You can also get to this page by clicking "Forgot password?" on the main Log in page.
2. Enter your email address, then click Continue.
3. You will receive an email with the steps to reset your password.
