If you have multiple SmartCloud services (for example, SmartCloud Engage, SmartCloud Meetings, and SmartCloud iNotes), but want to go to your email messages before accessing other SmartCloud components, you can log on at mail.lotuslive.com. After you log on at mail.lotuslive.com, you can use your SmartCloud iNotes account. You can also navigate to other SmartCloud offerings, but the email account is the first SmartCloud offering that is displayed for use.
