Steps to uninstall the Conference Plug-in

Add/Removing Plug-in:

1) Via the OS, navigate to "Add/Remove Programs"
2) Select to uninstall the following application (if applicable):

IBM Lotus Sametime Unyte Meeting Pro or LotusLive Meetings

Note: This application will not be present in the "Add/Remove" dialog if the plug-in was not installed using the Host Options Kit.
Also, the name may differ slightly depending on where the Host Options Kit was retrieved.


3) Via the OS, navigate to the following directory path:

C:\Program Files\

4) Are there any folders that are named (or similarly named) as follows?

IBM Lotus Sametime Unyte Meeting Pro or LotusLive Meetings

Note: This is the install directory for the Host Options Kit that was uninstalled in Step 2.


5) Delete the "IBM Lotus Sametime Unyte Meeting Pro" folder or the folder that has the similar name of the application.
6) Via the OS, navigate to Start -> Run.
7) In the "Open" field, type the following:

%appdata%

8) Select the "OK" button.
9) Delete the "WDPlugin" folder.
10) Navigate to C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files
11) Delete the Unyte conferencing plug-in if it is there
12) Via a browser, navigate and retrieve a new Host Options Kit from the Website

Note: Save the installer to your desktop before running.

13) Run the installer.
12) Restart is only necessary if the installer requires it
