Custom fields are additional information fields that may be created for each company user's profile.
The Company Administrator creates custom fields in the LotusLive Administration console.
Log in an as Administrator and go to Administration > Profile Customization
The Administrator creates the new information field and sets the the privacy for each field.
Anyone who can see the user's profile, can see the custom field and value.
Only registered LotusLive users, can see the custom field and value.
Same Org users
Only other employees of this company can see the custom field and value.
Org users AND network contacts can see the custom field and value.
When the company users are editing their profile, they can complete the information for the new custom fields.
The new fields may be completed optionally, they are not required fields.
