Solution: By default Windows uses video acceleration that bypasses the standard screen update.

To work around this issue, in the presenter's media player:

1. Select Tools > Options
2. Select the Performance tab
3. At the bottom, scroll the Video Acceleration Slide all the way to the left (None).
4. Select Apply.
5. Select Ok.

The video should now display during application sharing.
