Wow... I only got about half of them. :-( Either these are really obscure, your choice of descriptive terms is as peculiar as your sense of humor, or I'm even worse than I thought I was. And I have the strange feeling that I've done this before and I'm going to kick myself for not knowing the answers.

4 Down is incorrect. The clue should be

4. Error 13 4-8

i.e it is two words, one of four then one of...well you guessed it!

Shame on you, that had me scratching my head =)
