Problem abstract: After setting the Home Portal Account in the Notes/XPD Client, the "Portal Templates" menu does not appear in the Open Launcher.
Details: The problem can be reproduced with the following sample scenario:
Steps to Reproduce:
* Install XPD Client
* Look at the Open Launcher Menu. Portal Template will not be present in the list.
* Configure the Home Portal Account in Preferences as mentioned above.
* Click Ok.
* Open the Open Launcher Menu again. Portal Template is still not available.
Resolving the Problem: This problem can be resolved by restarting Notes/XPD Client. After restart, The "Portal Templates" will be accessible in the Open Launcher.
