When viewing the Portal Templates, certain templates that are available on the Portal in the Portal Template Library may not be displayed in the Lotus Expeditor Portal Templates View. This happens due to the template corruption on Portal Server.
The problem can be reproduced with the following sample scenario:
On the Portal Server:
- Log into Portal Server as an administrator or with the authority to view the Portal Template Library.
- Browse to the Portal Template Library. Applications --> Templates --> Template Library.
- As seen in image, the Portal Blank Template has the owner as "not found". This is due to the corruption at the time of Template creation or import.
Resolving the Problem:
This problem can be resolved by fixing the corruption of the template or recreating the specified template. Once the template corruption is fixed on the Portal Server, this template can be displayed in the Portal Templates View.
