Adding a composite application to the Open List

expanded Abstract
collapsed Abstract
No abstract provided.
You can have a composite application automatically be added to the Open list after it is initially installed or opened by the end user or through the auto-start option. This is kind of a "hard coded" bookmark so the end user does not have to manually put it in the Open List. This is also a great way to have a personalized "desktop" for your company by automatically populating the Open list.

You do this by simply editing the application properties from the Composite Application Editor.

You then move to the Advanced tab and change the "com.ibm.rcp.launcher" preference to true.

THAT'S IT! When your application is opened or installed into the Notes/Expeditor clients the option will then show in the Open List.
