Components on the Company and Lead Detail pages might not update other components because of a problem with calls to NotesUIWorkspace. This problem is described in the release notes, Calls to NotesUIWorkspace prevent action routines from finishing.
The workaround is to modify the setCompanyID action handler in the form CompanyDetailActionPanel and the setLeadID action handler in the form LeadDetailActionPanel. Move the calls to workspace.EditDocument editMode, newDoc to the end of the handler.
