We have several users who are using very long document titles and are complaining that they have to readjust title display bar every time the open a new display window in the Doc Manager Neighborhood.
"The TITLE column in the DMS display defaults to 20 characters and snaps back to 20 characters after the user moves it to be wider (as it does for every other application in Windows Explorer). This requires manual resizing of the TITLE column each time you move to a different Binder if you want to read the entire title of a document."
