Please help, I am new to domino.doc and a user has passed me a problem I am unable to resolve.
When the user goes to attach a document within an email and navigates to Domino.Doc there is a checkbox to "Check out" which has a cross in it. He has to select the document and click off the checkbox up to 3 times before it stays off.
I've tried the following but there is no such registry key:
