Is there any solution to the Desktop Enabler behaviour regarding Word templates?
When you open a Word template (.dot file) the content of the template ishould be copied to a new blank document (Document1 - Mirosoft Word) and then the user can save it as a document (.doc file).
How ever, DDM opens the template .dot file in read mode and then forces the user to save the read only copy as another template file! This is wrong.
Does someone has a solution or is this just another DDM bug?
