Hi Lotus Domdoc Gurus,
We are in the process of automating a task that moves emails from user inbox to Domdoc Library hierarchy until binder level.
As of now users have to select 12 mails and initiate actions, Move to document Manager to move mails. If the mails are more in number it is a tedious task for users to perform this. Desktop enabler is installed out of box feature to enable this.
To achieve this we have planned to write code in such a way that specific mails are transferred from a folder of user inbox to pre-defined domdoc path.
Firstly mail rule will transfer mails to respective folder, later we will deploy the code in a scheduled agent for some select users of filecab.ntf so that it will be user specific. The scheduled agent will work for select users only and not for all users.
