We have several client that are not allowed to relogin when timed out. We are 99% sure that the problem occurs when they reach the Web SSO Token Expiration.
We had this problem in 3.x and now also in 6.51 on XP clients, problem is always solved by rebooting the client PC. The clients are able to login to web interface, so we are pretty sure this has nothing to do with connectivity. Also tried disabling firewall software, no luck.
Does anyone have any ideas (other than increasing Token timeout to infinite :-) ) ?
