Whatever you do, do NOT delete the default binder. We learned that the hard way when we first rolled out DDM. The default binder (binderID = 0) is key to how DDM works and removing it or trying to change the security on it can cause widespread issues.
There may be a way to hide the binder without taking away rights or deleting it... maybe someone here can suggest a way of doing that. We have just learned to live with the default binders.
