We have a user who has Editor access to a file cabinet. However within the past few months whenever she attempts to open a document within the cabinet, it will not open (neither in View or Edit mode). Instead she is only given the "Save As" option. This allows her to save it somewhere else on her PC and read it that way, but does not give her ability to check in/edit docs within the cabinet. Has anyone else had such an experience and know what the resolution is?
