I have a question about purchasing the user licenses. We are using Document Manager for our ISO procedures, forms, etc. Even though there are many members in our Domino groups, there a only a few people that are active Document Manager users. The rest of our users only go into the documents once or twice a year to print out a document. (Always at audit time) Is it necessary to have licenses for these occasional users? I am asking because we are thinking of expanding our user base and need to know how this will affect the cost.
