Domino Doc Bug?

Lotus Domino Document Manager Desktop Enabler All Releases All Platforms
Some users report that are having problems using the Search function in desktop enabler, they search for an specific binder and they don't see all the files that were really uploaded into that binder, they see less, is this a bug or what can it be?, thanks for your help! :)
