Modify Members of Groups of Approvers

When choosing to approve a document, you can select different groups and then choose to add people from those groups. I am having troubles finding where I can actually modify these groups. Through the document type attributes, I can specify default approvers, etc. but I can't access the groups that I see. Any suggestions? To see an image of the document approval screen, go here:
