Cannot get Domino Doc Manager to work as user with non administrator privileges

Lotus Domino Document Manager Desktop Enabler 7.0 Windows 2000
Hello,
We are having trouble getting Domino Doc Manager to work. Our environment is a Windows 2000 server with Metaframe XP, Lotus Notes 5.0.10, Domino Doc Enabler 7.0 and Office 2003
We've followed the instructions in the following url: http://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/ddforum.nsf/55c38d716d632d9b8525689b005ba1c0/fdd8a9ed1fdd96068525714d00307fd4?OpenDocument but can only get Domino Doc Enabler to work as an administrator on the server's console. I can see all the extra options in Word (save as/open as Native), also I can see that DDocctrl.dot is enabled.
When I log on to Citrix as a user with administrative rights Domino Doc Enabler seems to work, however DDocctrl.dot is listed twice in Word under "templates and add-ins" and therefore "save as native" shows up twice and "open native" shows up twice.
But the real problem occurs when logging on as a normal user without administrative rights. DDocctrl.dot is listed in Word but it is not enabled, it can be enabled but once Word is closed and re-opened it is disabled again. Also when DDocctrl.dot is enabled "save as native" and "open native" show up in the file menu but when selected nothing happens. In fact none of the Save and open options work "save as" does not make anything happen. Choosing "open" gives the following error: "Methode 'Execute' of object_CommandBarButton failed".
We've been puzzled with this problem for a long time, searched the internet and the Domino Doc Manager Forum on the IBM site but to no avail. We really need to get Domino Doc Enabler to work.
Anyone's help would be greatly appreciated!
