If I create a new document inside Word and do "Save as", I get all the expected Domino.Doc pop-up screens for metadata etc, but the document never gets saved. No errors, it's simply not there. If I do a normal "Save as" for a document that exists on my hard disk [or if I first do a "Save" or "Save as (Native)" for the new document], then all works as expected.
