Hi Mike! There are a few ways to do this. The IIUI Importer can create the documents for you quickly and easily. It natively reads CSV files. For more information, please visit our web site and contact me directly.
You may want to consider adding the information into a text file for each document as well so DDM has more consistent functionality across all clients.
