We currently have a company specfic document number to uniquely identify each document. This number is stored in Domino.doc in the custom specific Metadata. I need to write some code to ensure that when a new document is checked into DomDoc , the document number specified would be unique and had not been previously entered into DomDoc.
Does anyone know how you could do this ? Is there a way that you can do a text seach across all the Libraray databases?
