Hi,
I've created a new profile form by copy-paste HTML form.
I've modified the name of the form, the TypeName field with new computed when composed value and the SaveOption field. I've created a new document from this profile form. But it isn't appear in (Internal Admin) view. This view has SELECT IsAdmin = "1" for formula selection and the new document matches with this formula.
