Please be informed that there is a problem on document link and link message process. That is to say, when I send document link or link message to mutiple users, they can not open document link or link message and there is an error note showing "You are not authorized to access that database". However, if users firstly open link message via Library they can open document without any errors. Then, if they are back to open document link or link message sent by me, such document link or link message can be opened without error.
Regarding the above problem informed to you , please kindly advise what should be done with this process.
