Re: HowTo: Create a Word Document from LotusScript

Very helpful! Thank you.

I need to write text with linebreaks to a bookmark in a table in word document.

Linebreaks do not show in word, so I replaced them by semicolon and have a word macro to replace semicolon to linebreak.

Do you have any idea how to run the macro via lotus script? Or another idea to get linebreaks into the bookmark in word table.

Regards, Kathrin

HowTo: Create a Word Document from LotusScript

There should be a way to get a list of all bookmarks in the file, but currently I'm not at my work-related computer and I haven't word installed right now so I can't investigate it... But open Word and the Visual Basic editor and press F2 and see in the Object browser if the Bookmarks object has any way to list the names of all bookmarks... It should have. Almost all objects in the office library are enumerable (which means You can use a for each-loop)...

HowTo: Create a Word Document from LotusScript

Really nice code!

Thank you for this how-to.

I tried it but I get an error message when I try to add text on a bookmark. The system can't find it in my word document (I called it "a" to prevent errors...). Is there any way to print out the list of bookmark of my file?
