Gives you the ability to access and apply an action to a calendar notice associated with a calendar on a Domino server.

These calendar notice actions can include the following:

  • Accepting a calendar notice (for example, an invitation)
  • Tentatively accepting a calendar notice (for example, an invitation)
  • Countering a calendar notice (for example, an invitation)
  • Declining a calendar notice (for example. an invitation)
  • Delegating a calendar notice (for example. an invitation)
  • Removing a cancelled calendar notice from a calendar (for example. an invitation)
  • Requesting more information on a calendar notice

Additional action information can include the following:

  • Specifying the comments that should be included with any outbound notices associated with the action.
  • Specifying the person a meeting is being delegated to. This only applies to the delegate action.
  • Specifying the start date/time for a counter proposal. This only applies to the counter action.
  • Specifying  the end date/time for a counter proposal. This only applies to the counter action.
  • Specifying  whether the attendee should be kept informed of updates to the corresponding event. This only applies to the decline and delegate actions.
