Co-editing in real time in spreadsheets
December 13, 2012
When you share a spreadsheet with people and assign editor access to them, you are ready to co-edit in real time.
You can simultaneously edit a spreadsheet that other editors are editing, which improves the efficiency for a team to build spreadsheets. You can edit in different cells or in the same cell, column, or row. Changes from different editors are highlighted in different colors. You can see who is in the co-editing mode by checking the editors list on the sidebar. When you finish your co-editing work, any editor can save the spreadsheet to the server. You can also save the spreadsheet as a new version to the file share.
