December 13, 2012
Most editing tasks in IBM Docs are easy to do on your own. For an overview of the basics and for tasks that you might need help with, see the following topics.
Data editing basics
Build a spreadsheet by entering and editing data, such as numbers, text, dates, times, and formulas.
Finding and replacing cell contents
You can search the selected range, current sheet, or all sheets in the current spreadsheet for text or numbers.
Adding a hyperlink in a cell
You can link to a web page from a spreadsheet cell by adding a hyperlink in the cell.
Removing the link from a hyperlink
You can remove the link from a hyperlink in a spreadsheet without removing the text of the url.
Using autofill to fill a range
You can drag to automatically fill a range with a sequence of data. The range is filled based on the data entered in the cell or range.
