Exporting spreadsheets to other file formatsAdded by IBM on December 13, 2012 | Version 1 (Original)
|After you edit spreadsheets in IBM Docs, you can export the documents to other file formats, such as .xls and .pdf.
IBM Docs uses the ODF format. If you edit or create a spreadsheet, it is stored in .ods
format. For example, if you edit a Microsoft Excel file in IBM Docs and publish a version, it is converted to .ods
format. You can download the file to your local computer in its current format or download the file to another format such as Microsoft Office format or PDF format.
