Working with the normal view
December 13, 2012
The normal view is useful for you to edit the structure of your presentation. You can add new slides, delete slides, and move to adjust the order of slides in your presentation as you want.
Normal view is the default view in IBM Docs Presentations. All the editing tasks start from this view.
You can delete slides that are not useful in your presentation. But you can or you must have at least one slide left in your presentation.
You can add slides to your presentation in two ways.
You can move slides to organize your presentation for different audiences.
A duplicate slide is a new slide that is completely the same as the selected one, including slide layout, master style, font, and other elements. You can create one or more duplicate slides, depending on how many slides you select. Duplicate slides are inserted directly after the slides you have selected.
