|You can align text to the left, right, center, or justify it.
Text alignment determines the appearance and orientation of the paragraph edges. For example, align the paragraph justified means to align the paragraph evenly along the left and right margins. Align the paragraph left means that the left edge of the paragraph is flush with the left margin. For a table, aligning text is to adjust the text position in a cell.

- Click anywhere in the text that you want to align.
- Click Format -> Align and then select Left, Right, Center, or Justify.
You can quickly align text by clicking the Align Left

icons on the toolbar.
