|You can create a document from a template, upload a file, and import an existing document. The file formats .odt, .ott, .doc, .docx, .dot, .dotx, and .txt are supported.
A template is a reusable layout or style that you can use to create documents or sections quickly. You must be the owner or editor of the document to select a template.
Creating documents from templates
You can use templates to create documents with formatting elements, such as text, layouts, and backgrounds.
Changing the default file format of documents
® Docs, documents can be created either in .doc
format. You can change the default file format as you like.
Uploading documents to share
You can upload to My Files
any type of documents that your administrator allows. You control who can view, download, or edit the documents.
Importing existing documents
After you upload IBM Lotus
® documents or other document file types to your files list, you can import them so that you and others can work with them in web browsers.
