You can enable the Alloy auto-processing agent to suppress update notices from your Inbox.
The auto-processing agent is part of an Alloy user's mail file, based on mail file inheritance from the Alloy-specific master mail template. The agent is initially supplied in the NDERPmail.ntf template. By default, the agent is disabled. When the agent is enabled, it scans each incoming message before it arrives in your Inbox to check if the message is an update notice. If it is, the agent processes the request or approval (for example, it adds the requested and approved vacation time to your calendar) and diverts the update notice from your Inbox directly to your All Documents view.
To enable the agent, open your mail file and do the following:
1. Click Actions > Automatically Process Updates from Alloy.2. In response to the dialog, click Yes to toggle the agent to enabled.
